Scroll DownAs a Senior Creative Director with the BI WORLDWIDE Media Team, I work to support our business units with ideation, research, scripting—and of course—writing! One day it’s looking at a print and digital campaign as a whole and the next I’m editing commas on a postcard. Every day I look at what I’m writing and say, “Would I want to read this?” If I’m doing my job well, the answer is “Yes!”
As an Account Team Director, I serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client account team, internal business units and the global teams. I am responsible for leading the execution and delivery of our global integrated solution and ensuring the agreed-upon solution is executed within budget and timeline. Keeping everyone on track to meet our clients goals is a huge part of my job. I’m also involved with streamlining processes so the programs operate efficiently and provide the best experience for the client employees. The people are great to work with at BIW and are always willing to help each other out.
As Team Leader for the delivery side of our business, I lead a team of experienced Delivery Managers that are devoted to the delivery of recognition, event and branded merchandise programs. I collaborate on the design and management of delivery focused technical solutions that create high-quality experiences for our clients and their employees. The best part about working at BIW is I get to work on so many different solutions for so many different clients across so many different industries. That, and the people here are amazing! Each opportunity I work on brings together a diverse set of people with varying backgrounds and experiences to craft solutions that inspire people and deliver results. As a Marketing Strategist in our Customer Engagement Group, I’m responsible for creating the strategy, developing the solution and crafting the pitch to our clients. I lead my clients and internal teams through our design process all the way to execution. Once our solution is in the market, I’m their lockstep as the strategist to evolve our solution and adapt to the ever-changing and ever-challenging customer lifecycle.
My day is built around sourcing appropriate branded merchandise solutions for our customers. Our solutions range from custom-designed products to complete merchandise collections. We reinforce our customer's message and brand through marketing and merchandise. The best part of my job is seeing the branded products I design come to life. From seeing the clients’ happy faces to seeing the products featured on TV, it’s the best feeling that never gets old.
As an Event Director, my primary responsibility is to effectively implement our exceptional programs in collaboration with my team and ensure client satisfaction. It is a privilege to be entrusted with orchestrating an array of complex domestic and international meetings and/or incentives for our extensive client base. I am fortunate enough to embark on a thrilling journey across the globe, enriching my knowledge and understanding of different cultures. As an Art Director in the Communications Team, my days are exciting and filled with a mix of creative projects for a wide range of clients. From concept to design, I love bringing ideas and campaigns to life – logos, emails, websites, posters, environmentals, animations, you name it. I'm part of an awesome team of creative minds, and together, we make cool stuff happen. The variety keeps things fresh, and that's a big reason I've been with BIW for over ten years – no two days are ever the same!
The web is an ever-changing landscape, pushing the boundaries of technology. My job is to ride the wave and keep up with the latest trends by building engaging, modern websites to deliver to our customers. It is both challenging and exciting to constantly grow in such a fast paced environment and BI WORLDWIDE allows me to explore and experiment to create the best possible products that I can.
Love the flexibility at BIW. As an Art Director for the Digital Learning Content team, I really enjoy being able to make learning interesting and understandable. Between creating/editing videos, designing layouts for courses, there’s multiple ways to grow. As a Customer Technology Manager at BI WORLDWIDE, I have a variety of responsibilities such as gathering technical requirements from clients, timeline and budget management, working with software engineers, quality analysts, and operation specialists from website development, testing, to day-to-day operations. The best part of my role is being the first person to see and use our client's websites during testing in order to create the best user experience. I love working at BIW. My role is full of challenges as our clients are in various industries. They each have enough unique requirements and target audiences so that no two work days are alike.

During my impressive 19-year tenure at BIW, I’ve contributed across various departments. My journey began in Travel, followed by stints in Customer Service and the Technology Solutions group. Currently, I’m dedicated to the Corporate Applications team. I coordinate development work, address participant issues, and handle new requests from account managers, I love that my work involves making clients and participants happy. What truly sets BIW apart for me is the incredible people who work here—they’ve become like a second family.
