Monique van den Berg is the Senior Manager of Community Operations for Atlassian, CMX’s inaugural Community of the Year winner in 2019. She launched and managed the gamification program on the Oracle Community before moving to Atlassian to launch and build their community, including a successful and ever-evolving gamification program. She has run workshops on gamification for the Community Roundtable and has consulted with numerous companies on launching and building their own engagement programs.
William Johnson is a Vice President of Sales & Channel Solutions at BI WORLDWIDE. William has been helping companies change behaviors and deliver results for the past 20 years. William has worked with customers, sales managers, reps, distributors, dealers and HR executives in a variety of industries, ranging from telecommunications to financial services, to manufacturing, to food and beverage, to retail. He has leveraged a multitude of unique BI WORLDWIDE strategies and tools (Goal Setting, Gamification, the New Rules of Engagement® and Behavioral Economics) to drive sales activity and behavior change to drive results.
Lea Sorrentino is a Managing Director at BI WORLDWIDE who has worked with clients across industries with a focus on supporting and maximizing consumer/employee engagement, specializing in gamification. Sorrentino has almost ten years of strategy experience servicing notable customers like Atlassian.
In addition to strategy, she stays routed in new media advancements as an Adjunct Professor of New Media Arts in Philadelphia. As a mixed media artist and writer who has had the opportunity of exhibiting her artwork nationally and internationally, she was recognized by the Walker Art Center as one of the Top 10 Artists to Watch.
