She has been involved in incentive, medical and corporate meetings for the past 8 years. A favorite part of her job is building relationships with industry partners to make sure every meeting brings value to her corporate groups.
Christina Morris has been with Marriott International for over 22 years, 18 of which representing their Luxury Brands, beginning her luxury hotel career at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park. She joined The Ritz-Carlton Global Sales Organization, responsible for corporate group business in 2006 and transitioned to the Marriott International Global Luxury Sales Organization in 2017. In her current role she is responsible for driving corporate group events and incentive business for The Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Bulgari, EDITION, The St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels and The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
She resides in Cold Spring Harbor, New York with her husband, young daughter and twin boys. In addition to her love for travel, she enjoys spending time on outdoor adventures with her family, yoga, hiking, running and anything on the water or at the beach.
Nancy Chrismer is an active board member of SITE Minnesota and is currently serving as President Elect, beginning her 2-year term as President in 2022. The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) is the only Business Events association dedicated exclusively to the global incentive travel industry. It is more apparent than ever the importance of face-to-face events and the SITE Minnesota chapter is proudly bringing groups back together for three of their signature events in 2021.
Nancy is also the Vice President of Participant Management and Group Air Management at BI WORLDWIDE. In this role, she leads a team that handles the design and delivery logistics of website build, registration and air travel arrangements while providing pre-event customer service to program attendees. She is responsible for the research, development and implementation of industry technology to align with the event’s goals and objectives.
With over 20 years of travel and event experience, Nancy knows that innovation and implementing the correct tools are critical to success given the constant and rapid pace of change in the industry.
David currently serves as the Senior Vice President for the Events Solutions Group at BI WORLDWIDE. Prior to that, David was the Managing Director for BIW’s Asia Pacific Region from November 2012 through April 2021; during this time, he lived and worked in Shanghai, China for 4.5 years and in Singapore the last four years. Before relocating to Asia, David served as Vice President of various divisions at BIW including its Employee Performance Group and Life Sciences vertical market. His responsibilities spanned client services, marketing communications, commercial sales, and fulfillment services.
David also served as President of Edina A Better Chance, a non-profit educational organization that recruits minority youth with academic promise from across the United States to pursue educational studies at one of America’s leading public high schools. In addition, David has been on the Boards of a Minneapolis-based youth homeless organization (Oasis for Youth), the University of Missouri Alumni Association, and Recognition Professionals International.
