Roche was ready to reinvent their training design and delivery for customers, internal service, call center and sales audiences.
Specifically they wanted to take a new look at how customers receive training and achieve certification on high-end analyzer systems. Historically, all training took place in person, but Roche recognized a need for flexibility and variety. Midway through the pilot program, COVID shut-down in-person sessions and their good idea became a requirement. The pilot was a success and has become the standard way to deliver training. The company recently graduated its 1,000th customer, a milestone that would have previously taken 20+ years to achieve.
